What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item?

If an item ordered by you on aromaura.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, within 24 hours of the product receipt by you, please intimate and email us at our customer care email id:- info@aromaura.in or call us at our customer care number 9560 922 440  for a replacement. (If possible we request you to also kindly attach image of the damaged / defective product as received by you in case we need to take up the issue with our logistics team for our better understanding to improvise services.) 

When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.

How can I return a product ordered from aromaura.in?

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on aromaura.in, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). 

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Our address for returns is as follows:

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store www.aromaura.in.
